Asset Management for Cross-Border Real Estate Investment

In this project, we connected a Japanese investor with a Vietnamese developer to achieve high returns through cross-border investment for the investor, as well as business success with the aim of an IPO for the local developer. It can be said that our team went beyond investment consultation to provide value-added asset management service, by managing risk with a team of local staff familiar with laws and business practices at our local base.

Due Diligence & Project Sourcing

In response to the investor’s strong demand for investment fund management, we sourced out multiple large-scale projects from numerous emerging condominium developers in Vietnam. During the sourcing process, we employed our strength of a diversified team, including both local staff and experts in several fields, to conduct various types of surveys.

Investment Scheme Proposal & Principal Investment

To achieve high performance, our team undertook a firsthand approach, contributing to JV incorporation with our own funds. For each project, we always provide an appropriate scheme, based on the participants' financial characteristics and desirable investment ratio. In this project, due to the strong demand for fresh funds by the local developer which was a start-up, we recognized the need for a strong back-financing type of support.

Support for sales promotions

We cultivated the brand image of a Japanese partner for the local developer, thereby appealing to their customer base in Vietnam, and contributed to early sell-out.
